Terms and Conditions

• ​Standard Labor: $160.00 / hr at shop. 

• Mobile Rates: $175/ hr

• Emergency Service: $225/ hr + $250.00 Fee

• Minimum Service Charge: Two (2) hour labor minimum applies to all labor/ service calls plus travel, see below.

• ​Travel Time: $135.00 / hr

• Calculated round-trip from our base of operations to your vessel and back to nearest quarter of an hour.

• Facility Fees: Any parking, marina access, or outside contractor fees charged by the facility will be billed directly to the final invoice.​​

• All parts, materials, and equipment supplied are billed at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). However, if a MAP is not enforced or established by the manufacturer, the company will adjust the pricing accordingly to reflect the current market list price.

• We don’t accept supplied parts except for fully custom ones. Our professional warranty covers only the installation labor. We guarantee the quality of our wiring, mounting, and integration.

   

  The client assumes 100% responsibility for the hardware itself. We provide no warranty, expressed or implied, on the functionality, performance, or longevity of client-supplied components.

   

  In the event of a hardware failure or “out-of-box” defect, the client is responsible for all manufacturer claims. Any labor required to remove, troubleshoot, or reinstall a replacement part will be billed at our labor rates, pending shop/mobile availability. 

• Before AMG begins any work, a non-refundable upfront deposit of 100% of the equipment cost and 50% of the labor cost is due and payable. If work is reduced or canceled, any unused portion of the deposit will be applied to completed labor or purchased parts or supplies.

• Cost Transparency: If unforeseen material costs exceed the original estimate by more than 25%, we will seek your approval before proceeding. This may require a supplemental deposit.

• All installations and service calls require a valid credit card to be maintained on file. Invoices are due upon receipt. By providing your payment details, you expressly authorize AMG Marine to automatically charge the card on file for the full outstanding balance if the invoice remains unpaid fifteen (15) days after the invoice date.

• Late Fees: Balances outstanding past 15 days will incur a 10% late fee, with an additional 10% applied every 30 days thereafter until the balance is resolved.

• All services performed at the shop must be paid for before the vessel can be released to the customer.
